Current Work

I am currently a registered intern psychologist with Little Ninjas, working with children, adolescents and their family/whānau. I believe that when children feel better, they do better. I like the visual of children’s behaviour being the tip of an ice-berg, and our job as a psychologist is to be curious about what might be going on beneath the surface, physically, socially, emotionally, and mentally.

Work History & Experience

My background is in health psychology and clinical nutrition. I have worked for a private practice at a health and rehabilitation clinic, working with adults and young people. I have also worked in community health, working alongside community groups, council, marae, schools and workplaces to help create spaces and policies that support the wellbeing of their communities.
